Ryder Poliseo is the proud son of Sarah and nephew of Alyssa, the two directive visionaries behind LAFF. A graduate of Centenary University with dual majors in Finance and Data Analytics, Ryder brings a strong analytical foundation and a deeply personal connection to the LAFF mission.

Having witnessed his Aunt’s cancer journey and the strength of his family through that experience, Ryder is passionate about supporting others on similar paths. He currently works as an accountant specializing in Business Valuation, Litigation Support, and taxation. He has experience with working with numerous 501(c)(3) organizations throughout his career to ensure that they are within the federal and state tax guidelines. He aims to use his professional experience to help make LAFF’s visions come to life while being able to build a sustainable future for the organization.
